1. Upgrading to PRO Membership
You can pay for the PRO membership through automatic subscription via the Apple Store.
a. Subscription Periods: Weekly Subscription (valid for 7 days), Quarterly Subscription (valid for 3 months), Annual Subscription (valid for 1 year).
b. Subscription Fees: Our app offers various payment plans, and prices may be adjusted based on our marketing strategies. New fees will apply in your next payment cycle if there is a price adjustment.
2. Subscription Terms and Conditions
a. After confirming the subscription, the fee will be charged to your App Store account. The subscription service will automatically renew and charge the fee within 24 hours before the end of the current cycle. To cancel the automatic renewal, you need to complete it 24 hours before the end of the current subscription cycle. You can manage subscriptions in the App Store at any time.
b. Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and change your subscription information in your account settings:
Open [Settings] > Tap [Apple ID] > Tap [Subscriptions] > Select the corresponding subscription item to modify or cancel the subscription.
c. Refund Requests: According to Apple’s policy, you can apply for a refund through Apple’s official channels. Whether a refund is possible will be determined by Apple’s handling.
3. Restoring Subscriptions
a. When reinstalling the app, you can restore your subscription through the [Restore Subscription] button on the personal page.
b. When installing this app on a new device, you can also restore the subscription using the method mentioned above.
